Repairs
Most customers bring their heat presses to our shop in Clearwater, Florida. We also have made arrangements with local couriers to pick up and return your machine to your place of business when finished. Another option is to have your heat press shipped to us via UPS or FED EX providing it is properly packed.
All Major Makes & Models
We service and repair all major makes and models to include; HIX, INSTA, STAHLS, GEO KNIGHT + OTHERS at this time we do not service the the less expensive import heat presses since some parts are not readily available and there are a long list of problems to include electrical, temperature and inconsistent pressure.
Parts
We carry a large inventory of parts for many machines we repair. If you need parts for a newer model machine it is best to go direct to the manufacturer. If you have an older machine and the manufacturer no longer carries that part please let me know what you are looking for since I have parts in inventory for many older machines.

Service Calls
We no longer make service calls on individual machines since it's impossible to have all parts for every model and travel expenses are so high. However we can make arrangements for a service call in a production facility with several machines. Please contact us for more information
Consultation
We offer consulting services on preferred brands and models when buying a heat press or giving repair information and options on your current machine. The cost is $30.00 for a 15 minute phone consultation- Don't worry I don't run a timer but I have a lot of knowledge and will get you on the right path.
Platen Cleaning
Your top heat platen must be clean and free of burnt debris to transfer heat properly to the garment and to ensure good adhesion. As pictured sometimes we need to get aggressive.
